🔬 Science Meets Spirit: Why Breath Matters
At CONXION, we honor both the ancient wisdom of energy work and the modern science behind how breath and intention affect the body. Science confirms that conscious breath can:

🌈 The 9-Breath Method (Per Chakra)
Each chakra receives 3 breath rounds:
· 9 Breaths + Hold
· 18 Breaths + Hold
· 36 Breaths + Hold
All breath is through the nose after a single deep mouth exhale at the start of each round. Inhale powerfully, exhale softly. Focus your breath, vibration, and visualization on one chakra at a time before moving to the next.
1. 🔴 Root Chakra – Muladhara
Location: Base of spine (perineum)
Color: Red
Sound: LAM (“Luhm”)
Focus: Survival, grounding, security
Organs: Large intestine, rectum, adrenal glands, legs, feet
Visual: Roots anchoring into the Earth
Balance Effects: Calms anxiety, stabilizes mood, helps with fear-based thinking and financial insecurity
2. 🟠 Sacral Chakra – Svadhisthana
Location: Below the navel (lower abdomen)
Color: Orange
Sound: VAM (“Vuhm”)
Focus: Pleasure, sexuality, creativity, emotion
Organs: Reproductive organs, kidneys, bladder, pelvic area
Visual: Flowing orange water or waves
Balance Effects: Releases shame, enhances sensuality, improves emotional flow
3. 🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra – Manipura
Location: Upper abdomen (between navel and ribcage)
Color: Yellow
Sound: RAM (“Ruhm”)
Focus: Power, self-esteem, confidence
Organs: Stomach, liver, pancreas, small intestine, digestive system
Visual: Golden fire burning in the core
Balance Effects: Boosts willpower, clears self-doubt, improves digestion and energy metabolism
4. 💚 Heart Chakra – Anahata
Location: Center of chest
Color: Green
Sound: YAM (“Yuhm”)
Focus: Love, compassion, forgiveness
Organs: Heart, lungs, thymus gland, upper back, arms, hands
Visual: Expanding green light in the chest
Balance Effects: Opens to connection, heals grief, strengthens immune and respiratory health
5. 🔵 Throat Chakra – Vishuddha
Location: Throat and neck
Color: BlueSound: HAM (“Huhm”)
Focus: Expression, truth, communication
Organs: Thyroid, throat, vocal cords, esophagus, mouth
Visual: Blue soundwaves radiating from the throat
Balance Effects: Encourages honest expression, clears communication blocks, supports hormonal balance through the thyroid
6. 🟣 Third Eye Chakra – Ajna
Location: Between the eyebrows
Color: Indigo
Sound: OM or AUM
Focus: Intuition, perception, insight
Organs: Brain, pineal gland, pituitary gland, eyes, forehead, sinuses
Visual: Indigo spiral or glowing light between the eyes
Balance Effects: Sharpens insight, expands perception, regulates hormonal balance and sleep cycles
⚠️ Caution: Activating this chakra without grounding the lower ones may lead to emotional overstimulation or kundalini psychosis. Always balance from the root up.
7. ⚪️ Crown Chakra – Sahasrara
Location: Top of the head
Color: Violet or White
Sound: Silence or NG (as in “sing”)
Focus: Unity, spiritual connection, enlightenment
Organs: Cerebral cortex, pineal gland, nervous system
Visual: White light pouring into the crown
Balance Effects: Deepens spiritual connection, improves clarity of consciousness — but only when supported by the lower chakras
